  • Literary Resource CenterMEL Database

    Includes over 14,000 short stories and 54,000+ poems. Covers information on thousands of authors and their works. Topics include: plot summaries, literary criticism, book reviews, novels, and author interviews.

  • Literature Resource CenterPDL Database

    This contains critical analysis and biographies of over 120,000 writers and their works of literature. This database contains large numbers of literary criticism articles and is extremely useful to the high school or college level student.

  • NovelistPDL Database

    NoveList provides access to full text reviews, recommendations, and information:publication information; subject searching (do you want to find books set in a particular place?); and more for more than 120,000 works of fiction.You can ask it to recommend similar titles and authors, provide guides for book discussions, and even tag and give your own opinion on books you've read through a connection to Goodreads.
